to the ROS pay and file deadline on {{ deadlineDate }}
A pension contribution paid and elected before it can be set against last year's income.
Two kinds of client, and the questions are not quite the same.
About half our work is with people on payroll and half with the people who run it.
Start wherever you sit.
Whatever stage you are at,
there is usually a decision waiting.
Most people come to us with one question and leave having sorted three.
Mortgages
First-time buyer, moving, switching or self-employed. One application, every lender we can reach.
Mortgages →Pensions
Starting one, fixing one, or working out whether what you have will actually do the job.
Pensions →Retirement
The lump sum, the tax, ARF or annuity, and the decisions that cannot be undone.
Retirement →Life and income cover
What happens to the mortgage and the household if you cannot work, or worse.
Protection →Specified illness cover
A tax-free lump sum on diagnosis, when the money is actually needed.
Specified illness →Savings and investments
Money on deposit losing ground to inflation, and the sensible alternatives.
Investments →Auto-enrolment
What My Future Fund means for you, and what it costs you as an employer.
Auto-enrolment →Passing it on
What your family would owe, and the ways of softening the bill in advance.
Inheritance →Most of our work comes
by word of mouth.
What will your pension
actually be worth?
Include what you have already and what is going in now, and see where it lands. No sign-up needed to see the answer.

Illustrative only and not personal advice. Growth is assumed steady, which real markets are not. Income from the fund assumes a 4% drawdown. The State Pension (Contributory) is shown at the maximum 2026 rate of €299.30 a week from age 66, which needs about 40 years of PRSI contributions. Full guide to this calculator.
Nobody signs anything
at the first meeting.
You will know how we are paid before you decide anything, in writing.
We find out where you stand
Half an hour, no charge. What you have, what your situation looks like, and what you want the next fifteen years to be. Mostly us listening.
You get it in writing
A written summary of your position and our recommendations, with the reasoning, the charges and the alternatives we considered. Yours to keep whether you go ahead or not.
We review it, properly
Circumstances change, and so do the rules and the markets. We sit down again at least once a year and tell you plainly if nothing needs doing.
Something new here every working day.
Come in and see whether we are any use to you.
Half an hour, no charge and nothing to sign. Mostly we ask questions and listen, and you leave with a written summary of where you stand.
Book a first meeting{{ deadlineDate }} is the date that decides last year's tax bill.
If you are self-assessed, that is the ROS deadline for filing your return and paying what you owe for last year. It is also the last day a pension contribution can be backdated against that year's income.
Pay the contribution and elect to have it treated as paid in the earlier year, both before the deadline, and the relief comes off last year's bill rather than this year's. Miss it and the option is gone for good.
left to pay, elect and file. Revenue's deadline is fixed, and providers need time to process a contribution.
Talk to us before then ↓ What relief is it worth? →Who it applies to
Anyone self-assessed: the self-employed, company directors, and people with rental, investment or foreign income alongside a salary.
What has to happen
The contribution has to be paid and the election made through ROS before the deadline, and the return filed. All three, not just the payment.
What it is worth
Relief at your marginal rate, within age-related percentage limits and the earnings cap. We will work out the figure that suits your position.
General information based on our understanding of current Revenue practice, not personal advice. Limits and treatment depend on your circumstances and may change. Your accountant files the return; we deal with the pension side.
